Standard Rental Application What Matters Most- Renter's Or Guarantor's Credit Score?

What matters most- renter's or guarantor's credit score? - standard rental application

This is an interesting question that I failed to find an answer to ... I have a potential problem with a rental application - I just graduated from college and go to Washington DC for work. The apartment building, which is applied in order to live as a guarantor and I did not get into a brief history of hiring and working before you move almost 40x year, my rent (I understand it is normal?) And my credit score is 741, but I still have student loans (within the grace period) or not. My problem is that my parents are my guardians, have good credit. I wonder if this means that you are rejected, or if my grades are more important than what I can do. Thank you in advance for anyone shed light on this problem and simply my troubled mind!

These problems can change between the companies and their policies, but the basic answer I can give.

Most places require a deposit, are looking for someone who meets all the criteria for the housing, the responsibility for the failure to take. If your parents do not have good credit, which would probably be ok not a guarantee.

I'm sure the reason that a "safety calls," because his work is not a year or more, such as your credit card should be sufficient. The best way to handle this, ask to speak with the owner.

Explain your situation and ask if you would put a nice deposit of 3 months, when the fact that your work history is not suitable for your level offset.

Be honest and tell you that his parents do not believe that a guarantee given consideration, but many want to live in their house and are willing to accept the bail, because they are all issues that has the car to people who understand their work even n not begun.

They may be the willingness of thetion work with you because you are honest, and explained his situation. Remember, they want to rent the house as much as you want to rent.
